wt:148 (starting) 160 (now, in my 5th week) if my weight seemed a bit low to start it was intentional. i can easily eat my way to 160 in no time, i just liked being lighter bc i tend to feel better sub 155. reason for cycling was to break strength plateaus.
bf:8-10%
diet: eat pretty healthy just as a life style, however ive upped my protein to 2x my body wt instead of the 1.5 g i typically do.
training exp:about 12 yrs
cycle exp: little to none, took 200 mg of deca (i think) for 4 or 5 weeks when i was in high school that my buddy stole from the vets office.

pct: nolva weeks 14-18 at 20/20/20/20
questions: should i cut my cycle down to 10 weeks, since it is my first one?
will nolva be enough by itself for pct?
can i expect to put on anymore weight or is most of the weight gain over? im not opposed to being heavier, just would like to know what to expect.
