how long has it been since your dbol only cycle. did you do pct for that most people lose everything from a dbol only cycle. id up the test e dose if i were you to at least 400. you will get much better gains. if you have a low supply then shorten the cycle most gains in cycles stop coming for me anything over 12 wks. also 10mg of anavar a day is going to do absolutely nothing. same with the low dose of the winstrol. up the doses

With those kind of lifts, to me it sounds like you could've done alot more naturally. Whats your diet like? and be honest because that's 80% of building muscle!

I'd keep it simple. Focus more on your diet and training. At 24 years old you got time to get into complicated cycles later. Just do a basic cycle without all those GH peptides, the igf1 lr3

If you can grow off of 250 excellent but agree with too many compounds. Its is good to see you have knowledge nutrition but now it is time to learn about your compounds and your cycle length. 6 months is way too long in my opinion.

this is a terrible cycle. it isn't that hard to do some research and actually see what works the best.. sure you are getting good gains from it, but you would have gotten gains from ANYTHING if you were benching 100 for 6... also, i am calling 100% BULL SHIT on your diet and training. post it in detail

Diet, when I was counting my cals I was struggling to eat under 2600cal my norm daily cal was 3200.
My meal look like 600 cal breaky 2/3 cup oats, 100g tuna, 10 almonds
I try to keep this as my only steady meal daily and vary the rest, for example my fav lunch was 1/4 skinless chicken (250g breast) 4 potatoes, pumpkin peas carrots
Around 6 meals daily
Training is a 4 day split
+ 1x yoga, 1x boxing, 1-2 cardio sessions
I do about 3-4 exercises for each bodypart,
I was doind warmup sets then going heavy and reducing weight(3-4 sets) each set for 4 months
But now I'm doing 3 exercises each bodypart, (12 sets per bidypart total) and using phases 4 weeks heavy, 4 weeks light and trying to stretch alot more during my weight sessions even though it reduces the amount I can lift, as I'm starting mma again and reducing the intensity of my weight training and focusing on high rep

And on hcg, I advised the guy to use it on cycle, are u saying this is a bad idea, swifto also advises this in his pct thread
