white flood is absolute sh!t...jack3d is descent. not the best NO supp but its a gd pre workout.

my make ur own pre-workout thread is on here if u want. its my favourite and best ive ever tried.

its not AAKG tht gives u the "pump" like ppl think, its l-carnitine, which is what causes NO in the blood. AAKG combines with l-glutaime to produce l-carnitine. thats why i add l-g to my pre-workout aswell as aakg. it gives u tht bit of an extra pump.

if ur just looking for a product on the market then the best pre-workout ive tried is either jak3d or hemo rage ultra concentrate, their not really NO product though. dorian yates' NOX pump is supposed 2 be incredible, havent tryed it though.
