AI and first cycle - when do I know when to take it?

So I am just in the beginning of week 3 with my first cycle

The cycle consists of test E 500 mg EW for 12 weeks. I haven't noticed anything yet. The gear is legit.

I was wondering as to when to take my amiridex? I know some people say that you should always be on it the whole cycle, but I don't know which sides I am going to get. What do you guys suggest?

personally estrogen is important in the mass building effects of test E thats why it is so commonly used just wait another 2 weeks and you will feel like a god lol...

I'm looking so much forward to it, man. 4 pound weight increase so far and I'm eating extremely clean and about 3400 calories a day. I weigh 91kg today.

I personally only use an AI when/if I notice changes in nipple sensitivity, a change in mood (bitchy) or am holding a lot of water. I started taking Test recovered from cattle pellets which contained estro. At that time I thought I was estro sensitive but since switching to powder based test and gradually cutting back on AI usage, I have found very little need for an AI when below 700mg wk.

I'll guess I go with the flow and pay close attention to any signs that might indicate estrogen related issues.

yeah i'm probably not the best person to take advice from on here but many others will also tell you just to have the aromasin or arimidex on hand just in case.

I already got amiridex on hand if something should happen. Nothing so far yet guys.
