I know this is a recipe thread but I have recently found some cookbooks that I wanted to share. I also thought others might post any of there favorite cookbooks.
1. A Taste of Club Creavalle (7/10) (hxxp://www.amazon.com/Taste-Club-Creavalle-Laura/dp/0966916816/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1299870945&sr=8-1)
This is a nice cookbook, I use a couple of recipes on a regular basis from here. If you have a sweet tooth though this is the book for you. I'd say 1/3 of the recipes are for baking lowfat/carb sweets and desserts.
2. Stella's Kitchen (10/10) (hxxp://www.stellaskitchen.com/) A number of her recipes have been in recent M&F issues and you can get a sample of the cookbook from the address above. This has been my go to book for the past couple of months. Incredibly tasting and simple recipes.
