meal plan 1 cup of egg whites 1/2 cup of bran flakes 1% milk
2hours later protein shake with 2 rice cakes
lunch- chicken breast or tuna brown rice and veggies-
1hour later-can of tuna 2 rice cakes almonds gym
dinner repeat lunch meal
last meal proteinshake 30 grams of protein 20 grams of complex carbs and fruit
i am taking whinny and var both 25mg and i take four pills a day. i cant do injections of anything. what else should i add to this cycle please help.
my goal is to cut down to 220 210 and get cut and ripped thanks
