Background: When I was 17 years old, I was about 250+lbs and close to 30% bf. I dropped about 70lbs in 3 months. Basically starved myself, totally unhealthy, but I learned from it. I still have excess skin from when I used to be fat. Over the past 4 years, I bulked to 255lbs with a bf% of 20% or slightly higher. For the past 5 months, I have been cutting naturally and desperately hard to get down to 10%. 240 minutes a week of empty stomach cardio and diet has really been dialed in ( especially in the past 12 weeks---thanks to Damien and GBrice) Stomach is definitely a weak point for me when it comes to storing fat. If you were to just look at my stomach, you would assume I was 15%+, but I really think I am lower being that I really only carry fat in my stomach. I'm looking for a bf% guess (I know it's a tough one with my physique--I hear all kinds of #s) and some overall feedback. Sorry for the shitty pictures, iphone and bad lighting= shitty pictures. Arms are HANDS DOWN my weakest point, so fvcking stubborn. I'll try to get better ones up later where you can see my abdominal region better. Thanks
