Hi guys, I have a slight tear in my rotator cuff. Doc said normally he would suggest surgery but since I was able to bare with the pain and I felt slight improvement he said to leave it for now and check in a month. I was told I could still workout light weight as long as it doesnt hurt. I took a few weeks off from working out altogether and bought an awesome ice pack made specifically to fit around the entire shoulder area and also pumps with air for compression. Its starting to feel better so I am slowly starting to workout again. I am going to be starting a cycle of var and cyp, my question is, will the var and cyp help my rotator cuff at all, or will I have to stick with light weight high reps?
