Will be taking 10iu humulin R first thing in the morning and humalog post training in the evening at 10iu aswel..Wanting to add in some igf at 40 to 80mcg. Just need some advice on how to take igf as i know it can be extreamly dangerous to take with insulin. I have used insulin many times before.
