question about hcg while on deca cycle

im running a test/decca cycle 400/300 wk and im using hcg at 250iu twice a week with nolva ed. I was wondering if deca has been shown to shut you down even at 100mg wk, would this cancel out the effect hcg has? and has anyone had experience with this?

hcg doesnt prevent shut down
hcg will stimulate your ledgye cells, preventing cell atrophy or death, so when you come off, you have the capacity to produce test

hcg is a must on deca because its so highly suppresive from the first shot
