Weight train 4 x week. And cardi 30min/pd at 4 times per week.
Diet is kind of clean. Trying to get 400g protein per day.
Goal is to get large and cut.
After a year of training I decided to start cycling. I started with 2 months of Anavar. Then did clen for two months (two weeks on then off etc)
Now I just did Deca 300pw & Sust 500pw for 10-12 weeks.
Starting PCT with Clomid and Nolva in two weeks. Also taking CYX3 now before and during PCT
Any advice on how I been cycling so far? Or where I should go next after PCT. My thoughts were:
Winni 2ml per day & 1ml Aqua Test per day for 10 - 12 weeks.
Then move onto 400 tren & 1000 sust etc...
