    Two year Back progress

These two pics were taken about two years apart. Second was taken tonight, first was taken in April 2009, (I Think)

    Height: 6'2"
    Age: 21
    Weight: 228lbs
    Waist: 31.25"

Just looking for some overall feedback. I think I'm on the right track. I sort of half assed training back for the first few years spent in the gym, I look back on it and wanna kick myself in the ass for doing that (same with legs)

Yeah you got some good mass going. Keep up the good work. Definatly jump on the legs, legs will help the rest of you gain mass also.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I really think a unique exersize that most people dont do, that has helped me out a lot with my back is Two Arm DB Rows. Along with other things (Deads, lat pull, t-bar). I just came off of a brutal 17 week cut, so I'm doing a nice recomp right now. I'll try to get more progress pics up. One week into my cycle (75mg Prop/75mg Masteron ED for 8 weeks)

That happened to me as well. Muscle up 20 pounds, fat down 15 pounds. I look different, but my weight is about the same.

    You look great.

Thanks brotha. And yeah, its crazy about staying the same weight but making drastic changes. I used to be all about the scale, the taper measure, etc. Now, I go by the mirror. I'm doing a recomp right now with the diet really dialed in, and I love it. The scale is changing very little but I like what I am physically seeing. I really think with an immaculate diet, and use of compounds, that it is possible to grow and lean out at the same diet. All variables just need to be in line.
