    MACHINE'S Test and Tren slingshot cycle log

    alright guys.. figured i would get this up eventually been really busy with work and shit so haven't gotten the opportunity till just now../

    i will post up starting pics in the next two posts

    starting stats:
    5'11"
    230lbs
    18%BF
    28
    3 previous cycles (most recent was 600mg test e 12 weeks with an Abomb kicker, ended PCT in late NOV.. so 5 months total off time)

    Proposed Cycle:
    75mg Test Prop 75 mg Tren Ace ED 8 weeks on 2 weeks deload 8 weeks on again
    I will be running tamox at 20mg ED through out
    I will also be running HCG at 500iu 2x a week starting week 4
    I will be doing 120mg Torem on the deload phase as well as 4 weeks of PCT dropping to 60mg last two weeks of PCT.. might do 6 week PCT.. not sure
    will be running nolvadex straight through deload and PCT

    BLOOD WORK WILL BE DONE 6-8 WEEKS AFTER PCT.. BLOOD WORK PREVIOUS TO CYCLE IS SHOWN IN POST #18

    I haven't gotten my test p and tren yet and had some test e laying around so i decided to start at 250mg MWF starting on the 9th of May (7 days ago).. so far i am up to roughly 240lbs in the first week..

    Training will be 5 days a week on a 4 day split.. sometimes 6 days a week.. i am considering doing a morning work out and evening work out 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on.. but will wait to see what happens with energy levels and balancing work with this...

    My Diet will be roughly 4500 calories and will look as follows:

    DIET:
    12:30 Pre-Work Out Shake
    1 cup (100g) ground oats: 151 cal 12p 60c 9f
    1 cup (243g) egg whites: 117 cal 26p 2c 0f
    2 cup (500ml) skim milk: 205 cal 29p 28c 1f
    1 cup (148g) frozen blueberries: 84 cal 1p 21c 0f
    2 scoop Vanilla syntha6 or whey: 400 cal 46p 26c 12f
    3 tablespoons of Splenda

    Total: 957cal 114p 137c 22f

    2:30-4:00WORK OUT

    10g Glutamine
    2 cup (500ml) skim milk: 205 cal 29p 28c 1f
    2 scoop Chocolate syntha6 or whey: 400 cal 46p 26c 12f

    TOTAL: 645cal 85p 54c 13f

    Meal 2
    Steak (250g) 500 cal 50p 0c 30f
    1 Large Potato (300g) 300cal 7p 64c 0f
    1 cup Broccoli 36cal 3p 6c 0f
    2 cup (500ml) skim milk: 205 cal 29p 28c 1f

    ^^^^This is a basic guideline.. sometimes i don't finish all my potatoes or rice... but i usually finish my meat.. also sometimes i have water instead of milk..
