Was thinking of doing

1-16 Prop 500/wk
1-14 EQ 500/wk
10-16 Winny 50/ED

Im 23, 5'10, 195, 14%bf

Im looking for lean gains because of the summer and dont want to be bloated.

I was wondering if I should switch from prop to E. Main reason I am going for prop is because is a shorter ester, quicker gains, less sides.

Never did EQ, heard its hit or miss. Any suggestions much appreciated.
