Is this gyno?

I have no lump under my nipple but there is a couple dark spots appearing around my left nipple. Is that gyno?

I'm in week 3 of my TestE only 12/week cycle @ 500mg/week. I have Stane on hand. Should I start to use it? How much and how long?

Its not gyno. You wont even get gyno at 500mg/week unless you are prone to it.
