Yea cravings suck. Just have to learn to be mentally tough and think it out ... How will I feel emotionally physically and mentally after I eat this garbage. After I eat bad I get down and upset with myself.

Run your diet strict for 12 weeks and promise yourself whatever you want at the end.
Also have a cheat once a week and look forward to it.

Cravings in time reduce. Like all posts here...It's all mental. You just have to suck it up. This is what sets you apart from the other 99% of people that can't hold back!

Reduce your diet pop if you drink....or anything else you might use with sweetners; they tend to increase cravings.
