I am not getting it for the creatine and was just going to get some CM to use, but since this drink already contains a creatine formula, is there any point in taking the CM?
I know that the general consensus is that you don't need any type of new fangaled creatine and that CM is all you need, but since it is already in this drink, do I need to take the CM? Would taking the CM on top of this be beneficial or would I be taking in too much creatine?
