    Question Bulking cycle recommendations (newbie)

    Hey everyone, first post and I'm aware I'm undereducated in this topic but I'm reading up a lot on it so go easy on me!
    Basically looking to put on some size as I have been the same sort of build for a while now (obviously this would suggest my diet needs altering too) and wanted to here recommendations for steroid cycles and diets. I have thought of using tren stacked with test after doing some reading around on the web, though people at the gym keep telling me oxy's.
    Anyway here's a few pics of me obviously any feedback welcome though I have decided that a bulking cycle is the way I want to go therefore any pct info you have for me would also be appreciated.

    decided that a bulking cycle
    6 eggs
    Skinless boneless chicken breast 3x a day
    2 cups of rice a day
    1 large sweet potato a day
    + a lot more. Visit the diet section
    then go to the workout section and learn how to do squats for them skinny girly legs. My forearms are larger than your calves if no thighs.

    OK bottom like, you are 20, TO young to use AAS, If you were 30, then it would be a matter or you are not ready for aas due to your size. All the bulking you want to do for the next few years should be done with food/diet and exercise.

    LOLOLOL skinny legs hahahaha ifyou wantto bulk add dairy and train hard tren will give you quality muscle as well depends on how big you want to get but yes tren-test is the best!

    So basically heeding your advice I should attempt to bulk naturally over the forthcoming years and then consider steroids if this was still the way I wanted to go

    you got it in one mate,
    looking at your build and how lean you are plus your age ,with the correct diet and training regime you do not need roids at this point in time,
    save them for later you will be gratefull you did.................

    At your size and age you would be amazed what a good diet/workout routine will do for you.

    Thanks for the comments and advice as said it's all appreciated. I'll have a look over in the diet section as I'm not entirely sure how much I should be consuming for someone my weight. I'm five ft 9 and weigh 71kg. Had my body fat done today and it came out at 13.5%. Iv been doing a lot of running lately too, 3.5 mile 3 to 4 times a week and one designated cardio day in the gym. Should I try to keep this up or would it harm more than help my attempt to put on some size? As said also need to train legs!!

    I agree with them.Hit the diet section.Learn how to eat and then you will put on size.Build a base then in 5 years you will be ready to cycle if you wish.Good luck.
