Just completed a ten week cycle of TEST E at 500 mg per week, with 20mg dynabol e/d for the first four weeks, now on this cycle my weight went from 207 pounds to 237 pounds, I gained about three inches on my thighs, three inches on my chest, 1.4 inches on my arms, but the thing I am concerned about is i have also gained two inches on my waist, is it possible at all that my gear was bunk and all the gains have just been fat, my arms dont appear to look any fatter but there is some noticeable fat gain on my chest and thighs.
I did manage to add thirty pounds to my ten rep max on benchpress and about fourty pounds on deadlifts, but no isolations or dumbell exercises seem to make any noticeable progress.
Does it sound like all my gains have been fat? has anyone out there had a similair experience? or do i sound like I was just expecting too much, my diet was quite clean about 1500 cals above maintenance from the get go, People have been saying I look noticeably bigger, but I also understand most people are unable to differentiate between muscle and fat, especially since they only really see me with a shirt on.
