next. if you aren't doing much weight lifting, not sure why you would want to do var. sometimes cardio is difficult with var due tothe pumps.
next. our standard response is all cycles should include test. var will shut you down.
next. if you want to cut down and get ripped, you may want to consider clen instead.

I am looking to cut down to between 72-75kgs looking for something that will aid in getting my body fat down, i am on a high protein diet lots of water train hard 6hours a week muay thai, judo, bjj, boxing! i run when i can. just struggle to shift the excess fat around my abs area and thighs.

I'm currently running test prop and anavar and can say the var does cause some serious pumps when running. If I know I'm gonna run I'll try and get the running in before my second/out of three dose of var for the day. my calf muscles still suffer from the pumps though.
just got off my var only cycle after on 15 days. my nuts ached,shrank and my libido and well being went down the tubes. great pumps tho. i will know tommorow what my test levels,liver and lipids are at after only 30mg ed. you can try it as it may affect you differently, maybe add some hcgenerate to keep your nat test up. on clomid,hcgen and aspartic acid to help with all those negatives. will check levels again in 1 month. after only 2 weeks strength, hardness and fatloss were all apparent but not worth the sides i was feeling. my weight is the same(maybe up a few lbs) but waist is smaller-added cardio and clean diet too. im sure if i would have stayed on for another 1-1.5 months and upped the does to at least 40mg ed it would have given me the look i wanted-good luck

really bro your nuts shrank taking var?...it is only mildly supressive at best and should not cause these symptoms although we are all different so im not saying it impossible just suprised to hear thats all specially after only 2 weeks at a dose that dosent amout to much as its a very weak compound...if var affects you like this i would stay away from any aas that will actually shut you down imho...maybee steroids arnt for you...Originally Posted by longhorn1;569***2

your right, the gear is not for me ever again. got my bloodwork done 2 weeks in to my my var only cyle-415ng the day before i started and 100ng after 14 days. trying to restart/regain my nat test levels. liver was ok, but hdl/ldl numbers were a little off
I've done var only cycle before. Well, technically it was var/HGH/T4 cycle. As a general rule I don't recommend oral only cycle. Even a small amount of Test (200mg/wk) is really helpful.
