Steroids= Increased Blood Volume,Increased blood pressure, Increased Sporadic irregular "Gas exchange", and muscle cramps.

    What supplements?

Taurine supplementation= Better Ion Flux, Nutrient-Gated Transport which = momentary better blood volume regulation
Taurine supplementation= decreased Epinephrine which = decreased blood pressure
    Taurine supplementation= Better Gas exchange
In studies taurine keeps potassium and magnesium inside the cell while keeping excessive sodium out. In this sense, it works like a diuretic. Because it aids the movement of potassium, sodium, and calcium in and out of the cell, taurine has been used as a supplementation for epileptics as well as for people who have uncontrollable facial twitches
In studies taurine depletion decreases the relaxation of vascular smooth muscle

Milk thisle used to be great till we all figured out it down regulates the androgen receptor so I would only use it if you had too.
taurine+potassium+magnesium= reduction is muscle pump pain.
Muscle Replenisher+banana =taurine, potassium, magnesium and a super electrolytes and Vitamin E complex mix

So with that being said about milk thistle, it shouldn't be used to protect the liver when on dbol, adrol,etc..?

Silymarin also have notable anti-inflammatory properties (inhibiting prostaglandin biosynthesis), which we know through recent studies is a trait that interferes with the protein synthesis response to resistance exercise. This may indicate the need to take somewhat of a “use if necessary” position, at least if absolute maximum muscle growth is the primary focus of your cycle.

Bro in your line of work. The last thing I would be useing is something that gave me back pumps.Taurine helps eat bananas.Nothing is fool proof.Works for some and not others. You could be put to your knees with these pumps. Not good as a fireman bro.Stick to injectables safer for you.Just my to cents.

Pretty sure it is an excess of blood being forced through your kidneys, but standing or using your lower back certainly seems to bring it on too. There is a strong link between steroids that cause heavy glycogen retention and back pumps.
But I doubt we'll know for sure until researchers begin to take pitty on bodybuilders. lol

Either way, Taurine helps a lot as it dilates the vessels restricting the flow of blood from the affected area.
