I am 32. 5-9. 160. BF is 14%. I have lifted on and off since I was 14. My lifting has been powerlifting. I have had no problems getting stronger, but getting bigger has been hard. When I go to a high calorie diet I get fat. After I cut, I am back to where I started. I am after a bulkier look. I think it may be my genetics. What are the thoughts of some of you with experience.
