    Thumbs up raw eggs or cooked ???

    at them moment im guzzling down about 5 raw egg whites in the morning with my oats and was told that your body doest digest eggs aswell uncooked and you dont get the same amount of protein from them ?? this bu***it ??

    The bioavailability of protein in cooked eggs is somewhat higher than that in raw eggs. Eat enough overall and this is something minor that you don't need to be concerned with.

    Ughhh.. reminds me of football and wrestling back in school...hated that sh!te. Dam Rocky movie..Back then coaches required you to eat them raw as part of training diet..

    Yeah you wouldnt want to make a omlette out of them or anything..but when ordering tartare the price of the quail egg is irrelevant. Good tartare can get pricey...

    I always eat them cooked myself.
