190lbs (before i started t400 cycle)
11%bodyfat
ive done test and dboll before. my diet is awesome! around 350protein and 4000cals ( depends on a training day or not) so test and epo would be the best choices? i really dont wanna get any bigger just stronger and faster!
Prop (150mg EOD) and Var (60-80mg ED)
Prop only. DHT derivatives will dry out your joints esp with heavy running and such. Prop is a short ester so its out of your system quick with minimal bloat and fast 'kick in'
Additional test will enhance however you train.
