    test -- tren question

I'm 29 years old started aas very young 19 years old. Been a member here for about 11 years. I've been training for 10 years pretty solld except for time down from injuries ( herniated 3 discs in 08 went thru 6 month therapy then 09 tore my right peck ) haven't cycled since 08. I'm currently 5'8'' 220llbs 12% I'm trying to get my bodyfat back in single digits I eat very clean only roughly 3500 cals a day. Cycle looks like:

    Tren 525mg/week
    Test E 200mg/week
    T3 60day ramp 20/40/40 125mcg/day max
    Letro .05 EOD

Had gyno surgery in 07 im very sensitive to test not only gyno which since surgery I've never had another issue doctor said it would never come back. I retain water pretty easily even when I consume 2 gallons a day. I train hard 5 days a week and I do 45 min cardio 6 days a week in the am before breakfast keep my heart rate between 135-145. Is 200mg to weak or should I go up too 400mg a week? My goal is to be 220-225 9% I'm running a 8 week cycle I'm currently 1 week in. Thanks

Your gyno can still rear its ugly head even after surgery (that is, unless he removed the whole gland, which I doubt he did because then you'd have a fvcked up looking nip)

200mg/wk is fine on the test for cutting, imo. The tren, diet and cardio will be doing a lot of the work anyway.

Quick question, any reason for running test e instead of prop?
I'm looking into a similar cycle, but geared towards using prop instead...

I'm runninng test only to counter shutting down my body, 75mg/day tren is pretty tuff on your body I've used it probably 4 times so far it will shut you down very fast. I'm test sensitive prop doesn't make me retain water as much but it will hold enough. Not using the test as my primary I want the tren to do the work. Mainly want to cut and put on alittlle muscle idea was to allow me to diet around 2000 cal and keep what muscle I have and not burn it up from excesive cardio. Around week 3-4 ill jump the cardio to 1 hour in the am and 45 in the pm and training in the middle of the day. I haven't even got sore nipples since the surgery, maybe he removed the gland. He said it would never come back. I told him I used aas and planned to continue and he said he can do it so ill never have an issue. So far so good but I keep anti e's on hand and usually run light dose thru anyways. Thanks guys. Oh another reason. For test e vs prop was the cost, for me 1 prop is the same as 1 test e.. With prop I would have needed a few bottles even at 50mg/day.

Even with all that cardio... youre still retaining water? Shouldnt see too much water weight with the tren and low test.

Run a low anti-e to be safe. I dont always trust a docs word. lol

No sir I'm not holding water now nor do I think i will with heavy cardio and consuming 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. Yeah I'd agree with not trusting doctors I run .05 ed of letro just too be safe.

K got you, I'm still leaning towards prop but that may get a bit pricey.
In terms of AI, might you consider aromasin instead of letro... if you're not seeing any gyno sides.
For my tren cycle I'm considering running aromasin instead of adex, don't think I'll need letro unless I start gyno symptoms.

I've always used letro in all my cycles I've never had gyno problems return and it seems to work the best at low dosages. I get ansolutely no sides what-so-ever even on tren only cycle libido is never an issue. So for me letro works I've tried tamox and other anti e's ar's letro seems to be the best for me. No acne, libido, or gyno issues at all. I'm thinking about raising test now I'm gonna wait alittle longer but energy is low and motivation in the gym sometimes is low. Usually on test I wake up in the morning with a pump and can't wait to train. Also could be from depletion in carbs. What do you guys think?

Hmm interesting, I might look into running letro then. I'l see what other members have to say.
Can't comment on the test since i've never run a tren cycle.
