    Whats with all the hate on to much protein from whey?

    Whey is the most bioavailable protein there is. So im curious why alot of people say that whey protein should not be a main source of protein.
    Is it to rough on the kidneys, since the whey protein is protein alone?


    As long as the macros (carb/fat/protein) are in check, there shouldnt be a problem, but i am concerned about the health issues? if its to rough on the kidney etc.



    When I go on my cut very very soon, i cant see myself eating 200G of protein from skinless chicken breast. With all the cooking and eating(college+work... to bring it with me and then cleaning the dishes. and all that is time consuming), i feel like i will burn out fast. And I was thinking of creating a meal plan with like 200G from whey and 100G from meats.... it will be easier for me. and whey protein is the most bioavailable protein. so why not--- as long as i get my carbs and fats from healthy nutritious food. there shouldnt be a problem. right?


    i just see alot of people saying oh oh oh whey protein shouldnt be main source of protein. eat real food for real results.


    I am lazy when it comes to cooking and eating, so i would really like to do this... But looking for info on if/why this would be a very bad idea...
