Advise on first cycle

I am about to start my first cycle of sustanon and deca. I need advise on dosage. I have heard that sus and deca are old skool but they work, is there anything else i can use to get same results?

Personally, i'd much rather use a tried and true compound before anything else. But that's just my 42 year old ass talking.

If you know they work, which they do, why look for something else just because someone called them old school... If they told you they were cutting edge best thing out you wouldnt even be asking this quest. Lol
