I am planning a course in november that will run for 4-6 months of just 1ml/week of sus250 (will probably pre-load in my first week) and a months worth of albuterol.
This is the start of my log. And what i look like now.

obviously im posting this early coz i want suggestions. was thinking about test prop instead of the sus? letro will also be in this cycle to keep the water retention down.
