dont know what i have i can feel a hard lump and i have puffy nippels but when i get in the shower or get cold they look fine or when i felx my chest you cant feel the hard lump i know my body fat is high .what should i do i have ran some test but i did a good pct as well . you can also push on my nippels and they are not sore and they dont hurt at all

Hard lump, puffy nipples....sounds like gyno to me. Ive been running Nolvadex at 40mgs/daily for nearly two weeks and they are almost gone. After two weeks going to continue at 20mgs/daily through out the next cycle w/ an AI.

that will make it go away or help it out i will get some and thanks and should you stay on the juice or get off and just take the nolvadex .

If ur body fat % is high, u shouldn't hav started a cycle 2 begin with.

You can run it while on Test....Naturally getting it under control and getting back on is ideal but, im cruising and its working wonders.

I dont think you have enough post yet to put up pictures. How high is your body fat? Are you sure the lumps where not already there? I know most guys dont go around feeling their own boobs/chest until they are looking for something. You could just be feeling normal glands if nothing hurts or is sensitive.

Best bet is to also see a doctor if you are worried about it.
