So i'm one week away from cycling now, I have done the research but I have a few final questions hopefully the more experienced guys can help me out. This is my first cycle after all.
I've dieted down to 12% and this week is my first/last week at maintenance/very little lifting then I will begin next week. I have lost some mass due to dieting quicker but with the AAS i'm sure this will come back quickly.
Anyway i'm 24, been lifting for some years, have diet/routine and everything else planned out. Here is my cycle;
Dbol 1-6 @ 30mg ED
Test E 1-10 @ 300mg/wk
10-12 @ 350mg/wk
AI:
Aromasin @ 12.5mg ED
PCT: Full HPTA Restart minus HCG
Clomid @ 100mg ED for 30 days
Nolva @ 20mg for 45 days
Cycle Support:
Liv-52 @ 3 tablets/3x ED
Nac (label doses)
Fish Oil
Others:
Taurine (dbol pumps)
The strange dose on the Test is due to the total amount I have and me wanting to run 12 weeks instead of 10 @ 400mg a week. I feel for my first cycle I would rather run an extra few weeks which will give me a little more time 'ON' to get more experience for the future.
I have also had a full panel of bloods, lipids, liver and test done for comparison after PCT.
Questions:
I have 1400mg of Dbol in total, It seems pointless to keep 140mg left over so I was thinking about doing 30mg ED for 4 weeks then finish off with 40mg ED for 6 weeks. I was thinking the extra 10mgs at the end so it can work with the test when its starting to peak. Is this going to be overboard?
Is 12.5mg ED of Armosin going to be enough with the higer dose of Dbol? I was oringially going to run 25mg ED for 6 weeks.
Anything else I need or advise you can give?
Last but not least, I probably have about 5kg of muscle loss due to being sick for a period of time plus cutting down to 12%. I will alter my diet according to how much muscle/fat I gain but my question is how much should I expect to gain a week on the above cycle?
I know this is probably a hard question to answer since I have recently lost mass and that should come back pretty quickly but a rough idea allowing for the lost muscle would help me, I had planned on starting at 4.5k and seeing how I go from there since my last natty bulk was 4k and I gained steadily. The sooner I can gain back the lost muscle the more time I have to make new gains, that's the reason for the question.
