PCT Help for test e 500 for 12 weeks. Nolva enough

Hey i just started 12 week cycle of test e 500 for 12 weeks. I have A-dex on hand and will use it with gyno symptons come or if i feel water retention is getting out of hand. I will prob use it soon as i have been told from previous photos i look gyno prone as i use 2 be a bit fat. I was wondering then for my PCT will Nolva be enough as i already have an AI that will keep my estrogen levels in check and not to out of hand. I always see the Nolva and Clomid PCT but ive seen people saying that its good and bad, as this is my first i cant comment on what is good for me so i was wondering is Nolva enough for 4 weeks run at 40/40/20/20 or should i get some clomid (ive heard some bad side effects from clomid). Or should i keep the A-dex running or i have some aromasin on hand, should i use that with the Nolva after my 2 week break as i read an article by Anthony Roberts who really promotes nolva and aromasin and i got my doctor to have a look at his ideas and he sort of agrees with his thinking. But just wondering people who have had a test e 500 what they would suggest. THanks

Nolva and clomid is a pretty standard PCT, but I can tell you from experience that you should bounce back fine from nolva only PCT

but to be safe id run Clomid as well, just go at 50/50/25/25-- shouldnt see to many sides at that dose

Well I thought I would write an entire new post, but I'd like to chime in here..

I was under the impression that doing just a Test E. cycle only, PCT starts 3 weeks after your last shot.. But I'm reading many say 2 weeks.. I was always under the impression that it was 3 weeks not 2??

Also, since It was only a test 500E/wk for 16 weeks can I get away with this 50/50/25/25 for clomid? I was under the impression it was supposed to be like this

Day1 300mg/clomid, 20mg/nolva
Day2 100mg/clomid, 20mg nolva
and the same 21 days there after..

??? I really would like to avoid clomid, It will be two weeks this Wed. and I feel like shit already lol
But I will take it, if its still highly recommended..

need to start your own post,, do not take 300mg of clomid. I dont like the 2wks after test e rule either, for me i have levels way above normal for almost a month.
