Please Review my Labs

Hello everyone,

Finally got into a new endo who would do some more tests for me and got some labs. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

Me:
44 yrs old
6', 2"
220 lbs
BF approx 18%

Been on TRT (Testim, Androgel, Compounded creams) for just over two yrs with varying results. Currently doing 1.5 tubes of Testim per day (7.5g), AI anastrozole 1/8mg every three days and hCG 250iu twice per week.

Workouts are good to great, LBM gains ok, diet is fairly clean mostly high protein, low carbs, just above or just at maintenence. I try not to obsess about it. Libido good and no major ED problems. Basically happy and healthy.

Here are my latest labs.

Total T 565 (348-1197)
Free T, serum 102 (52-180)
this looks different from last time. they always tested free T, direct before and two months ago it was 26.1 (6.8-21.5). Not sure the difference of these two tests.

% free Test 1.8 (1.5-3.2)
DHEA-S 455 (16-390)
SHBG 19 (20-60)
Cortisol 15.8 (6.2-19.4)
Estradiol 22.9 (7.6-42.6)
Ferritin 175 (30-400)
Hema/Hemo is a little high, but I give blood regularly to bring this down. Everything else looks fairly normal.

Asked for DHT, but he must have missed it.

What say you?

i say bw looks good and match your symptoms(non)/ good gains

dude, your blood work looks right on the money (maybe the total and free test could be a little higher), and it sounds like you are doing pretty good, are you trying to change something?

Not really, just seeing if it looks normal. I may go back up to 10g of the Testim to pick up those numbers a little but I am ok like this. In it for the long run and trying to find a balance that will go the distance.

No concerns about the DHEA being elevated a bit?

Agreed. I don't mind working though. I see it as a journey and I have done ok for only two years in. Was 270 at 30% two yrs ago.

BB, all and all it looks pretty good I would say. Kind of strange seeing your SHBG a little low + your free "T" a little low too, but not alarming. Curious if they ran an albumin lab, if so can you give us the number? Are you taking DHEA supplements? Libido OK?
