    Need some suggestions on my cycle.

    Im 24
    iweight 223lbs
    Height 5'10

    I have had 3 cycles in my past, my 1st cycle consisted of test and deca, 2nd was test, dbol, and tren, and 3rd was test winstrol, and boldenone. I'm now looking to add some hgh, and insulin, with some test, winstrol and dbol. My bf is around 16, I wana get my bf lower than 10. My diet and training is down to perfect. I do split training, 1 hour each session. I'll list my cycle below. I am open to any suggestions

    Hgh- 5iu ed, 5 on 2off, split doses one shot at 4am and one shot pwo for 6 months,

    Insulin- 10iu pwo, 4weeks on 4weeks off

    test E- 1,000 a week, weeks 1-12

    Dbol-40mg ed, weeks 1-4

    Winstrol-50mg ed, weeks 8-12

    I dont know anything bout slin, but I do know u dont need 1000 mg of Test. the sides @ that dose wont b worth the gains, I'd go with 500, maybe 600 mg max.

    Sounds like you are relying on the compounds a little too much. Be very careful with that insulin it is very dangerous when used incorrectly.

    Like many of the vets on here say "grow into your dose". There is a great thread on it and it is definitely worth a read. Like the bear said 1g of test per week is a big time dose.
    At some point more test doesn't mean more gains. Rethink the test dose and re-post IMO.

    Thanks guys. I've done 500mg my first 2 cycles and then 600mg my last cycle. I got some good gains from those doses. I wanted to try 1 gram of test because a guy at my gym told me to try it but I wanted to hold off and get feedback on what people thought about the 1 gram of test and also the insulin. I'm going to wait on the insulin and do 500mg of test.

    I agree be extremely careful with the insulin - mucking around with your blood sugar levels can lead to diabetes.

    I agree that he can still makes gains around 600mg/wk, but how do you know the sides won't be worth the gains at a gram a week? Have you ran a gram a week? Or are you just parroting? I know it's all individual, but at a gram a week all I see is a little more water retention. 2gs a week is where the sides really start hitting me

    What type of slin are you going to use? What's your carb protocol going to look like? I honestly don't think you need slin at this point after only 3 cycles, and think you'd be better off dropping the winny, and adding a 19nor if you want some extra mass out of the cycle.

    I've run 750 a wk & the sides @ that dose were not worth the minuscule gains in comparison 2 the gains that can be made @ 5 or 600. So based on that I would say 1 g a wk is overkill, & the gains u mak wont b so significant that it makes the increased side affects worth it. I don't "parrot" if I'm not absolutely positive of something or I don't hav the hands on experience, I don't even touch the subject.
