Morning.... I eat 8 eggs, 2 packets of oatmeal, 1 banana
2 hours later I eat fish
2 hours later I eat more fish
Basically, I eat fish filets or chicken breast every two hours and throw in a protein bar or shake if I need a full feeling. I eat any fruit or vegetables I please whenever I please so long as it's not going against my pre workout drink.
I take BCAA's, creatine, and protein. Nothing else.

Do I know anything about cycling? No! That's why I am asking! I am wondering what I need to do to keep it going, that's all. So either provide helpful answers or move on.... Clearly you know everything already but are too ignorant to share....
