    Cycle Advice

    I started a cycle 1 month ago that consists of...

    300mg/E3D EQ
    250mg/E3D Testoviron

    I ran this for the first month and just added Winstrol at 100mg/E3D (opposite days of others)

    The thing is.... My strength seems to be tapering off. I feel like I am not as "into" it as I was before. I just started changing up my injection sites to hopefully introduce the stack faster or more thorough. I do not feel as if my body temps are high like I did at first and I do not feel extreme hunger anymore. I sleep like a baby now whereas before I woke up throughout the night. Also, I couldn't even sit in a room of people before because I felt aggressive. (Not that I would do anything, but I removed myself from a few restaurants in the beginning.) Now, I feel perfectly fine and am wondering what happened.

    I am looking to achieve the most out of this cycle so any advice would be much appreciated.



    Here are my stats and they are current:

    I started this weighing in at 155lbs

    I measured 14.5" on my arms
    Bench 165 max
    Military Press 115lbs
    60lbs straight bar curls
    25lb Dumbbell curls

    So yeah... that was the baseline.

    Now....

    I weigh 180lbs

    My arms just got to 16.5"
    I am benching 225 in 4 sets of 8
    I can do Incline and Decline at 225 as well.
    Military Press just reached 225
    90lb Straight Bar Curls
    40lb Dumbell Curls

    I do many more exercises but this is just to give you an idea.

    In reality, you dont have a clue what you're doing do you? That above makes no sense whatsoever.

    Your stats are appalling and you shouldnt be cycling at all.

    What's your diet? What did you eat yesterday?

    That's some brutal bloat you got there, 25lbs is alot to gain that fast.

    Yeah, I did gain 25lbs in 1 month! I am eating 3500 cals/ day which at first was difficult but I've gotten the hang of it.

    What do I eat a day?

    Morning.... I eat 8 eggs, 2 packets of oatmeal, 1 banana

    2 hours later I eat fish

    2 hours later I eat more fish

    Basically, I eat fish filets or chicken breast every two hours and throw in a protein bar or shake if I need a full feeling. I eat any fruit or vegetables I please whenever I please so long as it's not going against my pre workout drink.

    I take BCAA's, creatine, and protein. Nothing else.

    Yeah, 25lbs! I workout daily and eat as good as I know how! You think I made this shit up to get points on an Internet forum? I'm asking legitimate questions since this is my first cycle!

    Do I know anything about cycling? No! That's why I am asking! I am wondering what I need to do to keep it going, that's all. So either provide helpful answers or move on.... Clearly you know everything already but are too ignorant to share....

    Yeah, some of it sure is bloat. I feel hard some days and bloated other days. I am starting to use up my fat deposits, but very slowly. I am maintaing my 180lbs though. I feel better by day although I'd still say my strength peaked 2 weeks ago....

    Maybe you should have learned about cycling before injecting yourself.

    I hardly deviate from my eating regimen. That's it. That's what I am eating. Today, and yesterday.

    Noone can give you solid advice when you don't speak the truth...
    bench going from 165 max to reppin 225?, straight bar curls went up 50%?, all in 1 month? of course if they were true your progress would have to slow...

    Not many carbs listed in your diet and fish is very low in fat (most of it)...

    Next time try doing some research before jumping into a cycle.

    Your 155lbs, now wonder you gained "25lbs". What the f*ck were you before your cycle? Jesus.

    Your the perfect example of how not to do it here.

    I take it your using HCG and also an AI.

    Whats your PCT look like?

    When you tell someone to pick a barbell and bench as much as they can, are natural and have never lifted a weight in their life, it wont be a lot 90% of the time.

    Give them steroids and you see jumps like this in size and strength.

    I am certainly not lying. I will show before and after pictures once the cycle is over. I wrestled all through school and was always naturally talented and strong to a degree but I never did lift weights seriously. Now I love it. I know I shouldn't have jumped right into this, but I did cardio before hand and can run better than normal timed miles.

    I have Nolvadex on hand now. Should I begin taking it? Also, for PCT I have many options available but which I need is unknown to me. I am lucky to have a supply of anything just a call away. Please help me get to the bottom of this...

    I appreciate the information.

    Thats better.

    You should be using an AI on cycle, Aromaisn 10mg/ED is what I suggest.

    PCT needs to be 5-6 weeks long and a combination of Tamox/Clomid.

    wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED (40mg/ED week 1)
    wk 1-6 Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED week 1_

    Thank you. I will get this put together and begin immediately. Although I am new to this, I am very serious about it so I certainly value the information.
