3rd Cycle Advice

So here is what I was thinking for my third cycle . Stats are 37yrs old, 5'11, 194lbs, 13% BF. What do you think for this 12 week cycle . I have read a lot about sticking to 8 week max but Im not sure. First cycle was simple, test 400/dBol - 12 weeks, second cycle I went for way too long - 30 weeks, I know very stupid, took me almost 10 weeks pct till i started to feel normal again, blood work came back all good finally so I'm excited to start another cycle . Wont start this till next month.

Wk 1-12, 600mgs - Test 400
Wk 1-11, 400mgs - Deca
Wk 1-5, 50mgs ED - dBol
Wk 1-10, .5mgs ED - Arimidex
Wk 11-16, 25mg/20mg ED - Proviron /Novoldex - pct
Wk 12-14, 5000iu first three days then every 5 days, 3 rounds HCG - pct
Wk 15-16, 100mgs ED wk 15 /50mgs ED wk 16 - Clomid - pct
Wk 1-16, 200mgs ED Vitamin B6
Thoughts?

Looks good except for your PCT and HCG usage. You need to do more research on the two. Swifto has a good thread in the stickies on the PCT Forum.

Wow 30 weeks on cycle, glad your BW come back fine because thats a fair old time to be shut down :/

Please keep us posted on your PCT decision and make a log of this cycle, will be good to see the turnout

Looks like a solid cycle, should see some great gains. I agree with Stpete though, look more into your HCG usage.
