    Tren and test

My first cycle into the fifth week. I have noticed a good change in my upper and bottom body. From 175 to 186. I hear that I will notice change in the 4th week and most on the 8th week is this true. Also after my cycle of 12 weeks is over I have to rest.....as in no gym and gear for 12 week? Anyone can answer this cool

You shouldn't be running Tren on a first cycle man that's just plain stupid.
    How old are you?

It's a very harsh compound with extremely exacerbated side effects. (strictly potential)
Your first cycle should consist of a Testosterone base with proper PCT.

As for your actual question, when you finish your cycle you should be running your PCT and continuing to work out unless you want to further the odds of muscle atrophy. In regards to the cycle's peak, what kind of test are you taking and can you post the ML's and how many shots you're doing? Lastly, do you know your body fat percentage?

When someone says rest after cycle they mean you need to be off all forms of AAS for at least as many weeks as you were on. Your diet and routine need to stay in check regardless.

At 5'9 175 you should have hit the diet section before doing the cycle. You could have hit 186 without the gear. You should try and max out your gains first with diet and training and then use the gear to get over that plateau.

then is very harsh on your body and a very proper pct should be done. Workouts should not stop but cut down in intensity and keep your diet in check to try and keep most of your gains.

OP-What do you have for PCT? Anything? This needs to be addressed ASAP. And no, you need to continue to hit the gym after cycle.
