34 m 6' 205lb BF aprox 13-15% Diet is good 90% of the time. I'm a former college athlete and I have been training since I was 16 without any major time away from the weight room. My goals with this first cycle are to gain strength that will translate over to athletics i.e.. be more explosive and faster. If I get a little bigger and more cut hey who am I to complain. I know that anavar will not put that much size on me but I am really just looking to stay the same weight while dropping some fat and gaining strength and a few pounds of lean muscle. From the research I have done anavar seems like it will help me with this. The other reason I like anavar is I am already getting the first signs of a receding hair line so I really don't want to hurry things up. Hence my reluctance to do any test which I know would give me the best results stacking them together.
If you guys that have a lot more experience with this could take a look at this and tell me if I am on the right track and what I could do to improve this plan, for what I want to accomplish, or if I am completely lost and am just gone to hurt my self. I know most people will tell me to take it with some test to get the best results but I just don't think it's right for me, right now. I will be happy with some improvement in lifts and speed. Past couple years I have been working out harder and smarter then I ever have and have seen only minor improvement. Looking for something to get me over the hump
