During workout: 25g whey protein
Post workout: 25g whey protein
(30minutes after reach home)

2nd meal: Egg whites, broccoli, sweet potato
40gcarb, 30g protein, 0g fat
Protein/fat meal
3rd meal: chicken breast/fish, 2yolk + fish oils
0g carb, 27g protein, 11g fat
Protein/fat meal
4th meal: water Tuna, 3 egg whites, 2 yolk, fried egg with olive oil
0g carb, 30g protein, 16g fat.
Protein/carb meal
5th meal: chicken breast, broccoli, sweet potato
35g carb, 30g protein, 0g fat
6th meal
(1/2 whey+1/2 casein) or chicken, fish oil, peanut butter.
0g carb, 25g protein, 14g fat
Protein/fat meal
7th meal before i sleep
Casein protein, 2tbs peanut butter
0g carb, 25g protein, 16g fat.
