    Post First Cycle Test E and Dbol

    I have just got all my supplies ready. And next week i will be making the leap to the dark side. this is my first cycle and it looks like this.

    Stats:
    27 years old
    175#
    5'10
    i dont know what my bf% is so i'll just say 18%

    Week 1-4: Dbol @ 40mg 10mg split throughout the day
    week 1-14 Test E @ 500mg a week Pinning 250mg every Monday and Thursday morning

    PCT: Start time is 14 days after last Test E injection
    Days 1-30: 100mg Clomid
    Days 1-30: 20mg Nolva

    Will Also be taking my regular supplements:
    Protein
    Milk Thistle
    Multi-Vitamin
    Glutamine

    Just thought you guys could give me some input. I also have a cold so thinking about pushing my start date back. What do you guys think? Some guys have told me to just start when I had planned and it will help me get rid of the cold. But that doesn’t sound right to me. Thanks guys for all the help. Oh and what kind of gains should i expect, cause in the end its all about the gains right lol.

    sounds like you are way too high of a bf at that weight to start a cycle. you need to get your diet and training in order first

    man is anyone allowed to cycle that comes on this board anymore? Just reading threads from last couple days and unless their stats are perfect they shouldnt cycle. No wonder no one comes on here anymore.

    I dont know how to get my true body fat percentage. So im pretty sure that 18% is not true. So if you can tell me how to calculate my bf% ill be more than happy to give you guys a true percentage. thanks bro

    Right on "Chuck" was thinking the same thing. Ur bf isn't "way too high" but I would suggest dropping a few points b4 beginning if ur truely at 18%, u'd b alot happier with ur results. can get calipers at alot of nutrition stores or online. Can even maybe ask a trainer at the gym. As for ur cycle looks good although I wouldn't add the dbol on ur first cycle.

    I agree. Telling everyone that comes on here that they shouldn't do steroids dilutes the message. There are def. some reasons that a person should stay away from juice... Having 18 percent bf is not one of them.

    This cycle is what i had in plan. But again I'm only 22.... I say go for it and DONT FORGET TO POST YOUR RESULTS ill be needing it

    One thing I don't agree with is the dbol. Not needed for first cycle.

    my point was to be 18% bf and only 175lbs at 5'10 means his training and diet need to be reworked before getting on gear. not that his bf was the reason.

    Less of a chance of bad sides with a lower body fat...if you want to do it right and minimize the likely hood of sides...lower the body fat a bit. Shouldnt be that hard?!

    i decided not to kickstart and it was a good decision imo because injection pain is hard to deal with first 2-3 weeks because of virgin muscles and u never know how painful ugl is it varies from lab to lab. maybe see how bad it is week one and if it's ok then kick from week 2. i say this because u dont want to be forced to sit at home or go slow on the workouts while having dbol in the system. just not optimal imo.

    Is the injecton pain that bad?

    So got my bf% checked at the gym before I started training and it is at 14%. They used that pincher tool. And did some math and wallah! 14% lol

    got sick so had to push my start date back. I will be starting a log as soon as i kick this cold.

    I would run the test e only without the dbol for this first run but inject Monday morning and Thursday around 5 - 8 p.m. If I am not mistaken that's the closest to every 3.5 days you can get. Good luck on your cycle!!! If you can put on 20 lb (which is possible on first cycle) and not add too much bf you will be one happy dude at the end.

    i agree if was a lower bf he would be pretty skinny and not have much of a base

    way to much for a first cycle. I would drop the d-bol and cut the cycle to 10-12 weeks

    pct i would change also. 40/40/20/20 on the nolva and prob cut the clomid to 50 the last 2 weeks

    for first cycle, most will recommend doing test only so you know how your body reacts to it. so on subsequent cycles when you add in different compounds, you know which one is doing what.

    I'm actually running basically the same cycle. My stats are a but different but mostly because my brother and training partner is a body builder and forces me to eat a ton and right. Other then that I have had amazing results so far. God kick on your endeavor. Oh and yes I stuck with just the test on my first cycle and still had great results. Again good luck!

    I meant 14% bf is fine to start your first cycle, should've been more specific on my previous post. Not 14 week long cycle. Now on the other hand I get good gains from weeks 12 - 14. But you shouldn't run your very 1st cycle up to 14 weeks, you will make awesome gains with a 10 - 12 weeks since you a first timer.

    Taking Dbol for 4 weeks at 40 mils a day may be a bit much. Liver will work overtime. From past experience 40mil for 2 weeks was plenty to jump start.

    Thanks for the encouragment bro. Just about over my cold so I will be starting hopefully in the next week. I will be doing my best to keep a log if not on a daily basis then a weekly.

    Okay so Day 1 Injection 1

    Pinned this morning went smooth. had some trouble getting test e out of vial. Not much pain just some charlie horse feeling. Pinned in right delt and the arm feels fine. More blood then i expected but nothing crazy. Went to the gym and trained chest. Felt kinda flat today but i think its just me trying to push myself harder now that im on. Next pin is thursday morning.

    Weight: 176

    When does the test flu start to kick in? and if i dont get it does that mean my gear is bunk?

    I didnt read all the posts, but after the first dozen and all the people saying that advising against this cycle is a bad idea, I just thought it should be pointed out that at 5'10 and 175lbs, something is wrong with eating or training and needs that corrected but adding AAS. This site isnt just to discourage everyone from using, but come on, are you guys telling me this guy has put in the time to build a solid base? Even at 14% he is only 150lbs of LBM @ 5'10...

    with that being said, its nice to see that you took the right advice on knocking it back a few weeks and only running test, it really is all you need

    not everyone gets the same sides, some are lucky and get none, test flu, midnight sweats, bitch tits, acme, I would'nt worry to much, just keep your head in the game, keep your mind positive, keep a journal so as to keep track of how you feel daily, stay ontop of your diet (eat every 2 hours if you can, try and keep it as clean as possible, no hanging at BK and MC D's waiting for your next fix), keep pushing yourself at the gym, and if you do start experiencing any sides and are unsure how to combat, just ask. As for feeling flat with your workout, dont be discouraged, as test-e normally takes till around week 3/4 to kick in, you'll know when it do'es, thats why we use d-bol as a kick start for the first four weeks, but we've already covered this, and I have to agree that for the first cycle, 12 weeks of test-e with all other areas dailed in will see you achieve some good results.
