No not really. Take a good look at Dieting 101 in the stickys. You will get most if not all you need to know there to begin dieting.
It's a myth that eating right before bed automatically turns into fat.
As long as your daily macros are in line, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
Bottom line is total macros from what I understand which is music to my ears!

I would like to help you with your workout program also. Please post your age/ht/wt along with lifting/exercising experience. Post some pictures and describe specifically, in detail, what you want to accomplish and in what time frame. If you currently have a workout program then list it with exact exercises sets/reps and poundages. Glad you are here, let's make the most progress in the shortest amount of time as safely as possible!
