    rookie needs help gaining weight!!!!

    I need help! I eat 2 cups raisin bran in the morning with one cup of whole milk. And a glass of orange juice. I have a protein bar at 9. Lunch is 3 tuna fish sandwiches on wheat, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with flaxseeds and a crushed up oats and honey bar. Oats and hunny bar for another snack. Then pasta and chicken for dinner. My work is very active! I work physically for ten hours a day walk at least a mile each day. I sometimes go from days to nights, nights to days so it is so hard to maintain a diet. Somebody please help with my diet to gain weight!!!

    Oh yea...... I'm 26. 5"8. 168 lbs. Been working out for four months
    ....drink at least a gallon of water a day.

    Welcome!

    For starters raisin brand and honey bars are not the best choices. You will want to eat more nutrient rich foods. Have you read some of the stickies? And do you have your macros? that would help.
