    T-3 for fat burning

For whatever reason the search function isn't working on my phone so I'm really not trying to be lazy. My question is just how effective is t3 for burning that last bit of fat and is the risk reward worth it? I used some t3 cream when I was younger and it appeared to be effective, but there were so many other variables that I'm not sure. Oh and I'm 40 years old 5-11 and 200lbs at 14% body fat hoping to get down to 11 or 12%. I have a good diet and have already lost 50lbs so I think I would get there regardless. Thanks.

I say if you can get there without it, then that's what you should do. Why introduce compounds in your body if not prepping for a show or some other good reason? That beings said....I've used it in combination with clen and I was satified with the results. I've never done either alone so it's hard to say how much of the results was from the clen and how much was from the T3. Maybe you should be the guinea pig. Start running clen see how it affects you and then run the t3 along side it. Compare the difference.

I've often heard (also mentioned in the profile that magic posted) that T3 can cause you to lose muscle if not taken along with aas. I would love to see some recent studies on this. I'm not saying I'm disagreeing with it, but I feel with the right diet you should be able to limit it. It's been a few years and I was in my mid 20's, but I noticed no significant loss in LBM while on the T3/Clen combo.

I guess my concern would be having my throid function normally after use. I will probably just continue with my current plan, but I remember the last time I used the cream (who knows if it was even legit) I noticed fat loss in those stubborn areas ie. Lower back and lower abs. Thanks for the reply.

I think if you taper it correctly you shouldn't have a problem with returning thyroid function. That being said....I commend you for sticking with your current plan. I wish we had more new members like you here. We have too many people that want quick fix and don't want to put in the work. Good Man!!!!

I think it helps a little with a good good diet and cardio. I ran it at 50mcg without aas for 12 weeks without a problem.
