I finishing up my Keto diet (reduced Calorie), t3 and eq/winny/fina cycle. Lost quite a bit of bodyfat and want to avoid a nasty bounce back.
Any suggestion on avoiding a bounce back.

Just keep your diet clean and your cardio in check. Slowly increase your calories by 200cals per week when you feel you are ready to stop cutting. Also slowly phase out all the cardio (still keep some). That works the best.

Yes good point, also pick up some glutamine, if you are wanting to put on some size now, up your calories slowly, as someone else suggested here, maybe even throw in some creatine, to help out.Originally posted by TrenFreak3
