TOTAL TEST = 1347ng/dl (348-1197) FREE TEST = 50.8 pg/ml (8.7-25.1) ESTRADIOL (sensitive) = 100 pg/ml (3-70) SHGB = 10.3 (nmol/L (16.5-55.9) Is this normal for the SHGB being on TRT? I know the estrogen is high i have no AI on hand is there any thing i can do to lower it till my dr appointment on the 31 of this month. i have nolvadex, would that help. i have no soreness or lumps in nipples. i have been self medicating myself till i go see a doc at the end of this month which said he has no problem putting me on TRT that he wants to get blood work and knows im currently self medicating. i think i wasted money on testing SHGB and should of spent it testing something else. any help would be appreciated. is estrogen this high a big problem? my blood pressure is ok @ 130/82 not bad.

SHBG is low and not a big deal; could be any reason: ideal SHBG=20 - aceptable SHBG=15-25

Upside, you're not binding a lot of your test

You know your E2 is very high and not presenting with symptoms is amazing.

High E2 is not a good thing...do some research, you need to get it down.

Your self medicating and your Testosterone panels are all elevated as would be expected.

Does you Doctor understand complete TRT protocols? He's okay with you self medicating?

are these the only tests you ran? you're high on test especially the free, and yes you need to get on AI ASAP, not sure what is the recommended does for nolva but yea get on it until you see your doctor and tell him exactly what you're doing so he can diagnose you better. IMO it will be difficult for the doctor to treat you properly because he really doesn't know what your real levels are, so he'll be experimenting for a while. yes SHGB tends to go ether too high or too low while on TRT, of course the lower the better but not if below normal like yours is, your doc should be able to help you there. if you have more blood tests post them all. keep us updated.

i dont know all symptoms of high E2 but yes i guess i am one of those lucky ones no gyno . i do have problems staying asleep but dont know what that could be from . he is not my doctor yet , i have no job or ins at this time, been saving money for awhile . he is my brothers doctor and brother told him about me and my low test levels and that i had been self medicating so he said to send me his way so he could help me. have app. on jan 31 . my retarded source that i dont use anymore got me sustanon 300mg basically . was injecting 1ml week and it only brought me from 214 to like 524 so that vial is underdosed . so started 2ml week on second vial and this is where im at .im not sure if hes fully understood about it like alot of you guys are but i will bring in and have him check the the right blood tests that ihave written down from the stickys . thanks

these were the only ones i ran cause of money . no i have no more unfortunately. i was just so tired of being tired and feeling down and everything so i finally just started my own TRT after finding out when i tested myself i was at 214 TOTAL TEST. but brother helped me out and his doc is pro TRT from what he said and is gonna help me out. thank you for your help BASS .

would it be worth getting research adex for now and how long would it take to bring me down? how much liquid Adex should i start with?

Yes you need something. Start Adex .5 the first day then .25 ED for a week and that should take care of it. While you are waiting take Nolvadex 20mg for a few day's to prevent gyno.
