High calorie foods for a lean bulk diet?

Started a new job in health care, and I just don't get many if any breaks. A 30 minute lunch may be all i get in a 13 hr. shift. So I am getting like no calories in right now. I need some high calorie foods that I can down within a few minutes if I get some extra down time. I take EAS 42g protein drink 1 per shift usually. Then i eat pistachios sometimes. But I need some high calorie foods that won't put on fat, so don't want to be eating 8 scoops of peanut butter per day. My meals are 1 in the morning, lunch, then dinner. So just getting three meals a day at work right now. Need some help here. Any ideas on high calorie foods? thank ya'll

There's no good answer here IMO. High calorie foods are usually synonymous with junk food...
with the exception of nuts, but like you said, you can't slam nuts all day long.

Somebody in your situation needs to get creative. Homemade protein bars, cookies, brownies, etc. Beef jerky. Hard boiled eggs/whites. I suggest you check out the recipe sub-forum for some ideas. Look for Kawigirl's banana protein bread. I used the recipe to make muffins, and added walnuts - excellent! Sure you'll be relying on protein powders a lot, but something is better than nothing.

    Good luck, keep us posted!

I say prepare protein shakes with pre blended oats, just add water and chug, you can make the split however you choose, if you need more 'real' protein use liquid egg whites.
