    Gyno

    Hi guys. Just finishing a cycle and noticing a bit of gyno. Small lumps under nipple bit sensitive, I know I'm probably gonna get reamed for asking the question but read all I could and there were so many differing opinions out there and the whole science part I don't get. I have Adex and Letro on hand wondering when and how I should be taking them.

    It will probably disappear surfing pct.

    If not, take 1mg of adex for a few days to begin with and see if that helps... If not you could try the letro

    How long after my last pin should I start on the adex? I can also get my hands on nolva would this be of help too?

    What are you running for pct? ai's do not help restart natural test production.

    I have clomid and nolva readily available. Should I get them and start with them. I really feel shit over the whole thing didn't research enough.

    Yes.

    Run the following

    Nolva 40 20 20 20 20 20
    Clomid 100 50 25 25 25 25


    Each number represents a week so that is 6 weeks total...

    Depending on what you ran for your cycle you will have to adjust when you begin PCT

    I now have my PCT lined up, after more reading and research thanks to all the guys here. Also worked out it isn't rocket science. Simple planning and plenty of research. Definitely won't be making the same mistakes again

    Cycle was a dbol and test e cycle. 4 weeks dbol 30mgs and 12 week test e
