Hello everyone,
I am new here, been a guest for some time and have done a lot of reading. I am looking for mature and realistic feedback. I am 32, and have been lifting for 10 solid years. I live a highly active lifestyle and train pretty hard and try to watch what I eat. I have always used over the counter supplements and only found myself getting pretty jacked but not shredded or the results I've always desired. Deca-Durabolin & Albuterol
I started with the Deca and saw very good gains in mass and strength, but of course, I got a little bloated. I then ended with the Albuterol, which got em somewhat shredded but not what I expected. The major downfall was my back...broke out horrifically. I have very good skin and it was still enough to keep me from taking my shirt off at times.
Here is a general diet that I follow:
Breakfast: Oatmeal & Fruit
Lunch: Some kind of turykey/chicken sandwich (light mayo), water, and a veggie if possible
Dinner: Usually a red/white meat, starch, veggie
I'm not going to lie, I socially drink once a week or ever other week. Also, I do now and then, eat what I want. Because I work midnights, I do not get to go out a lot. Which also helps but screws my diet up. I go to the gym and work out at least 5-6 days a week. I am pretty jacked, but I am not as shredded as I would like. For my age and size, I bench press around 315 for 2-3 reps right now, sometimes more. I feel that I am in good shape for my size.
Here is what I am looking to get info on from experienced people. I would like to at least keep my current size, if any, gain a little bit. But I would like to get shredded, but without the heavy acne. Not sure if there is a formula in regards to stacking or the cycle dose etc, to help limit this. I have access to the stuff etc, but I would like your honest opinion, recommendations and any advice which you may have. Please don't talk shit or any of that, I am not immature or here for bs. I'm serious about being in shape and am just looking for good info. Thanks again and appreciate you guys taking the time to read my crap lol.

Also, if you need more info from me, please ask, and I'll be as honest as i can be. If you recommend certain diets etc to, I am all ears!!! And if certain over the counter vitamins and sups etc
