Thread: any suggestions?

    any suggestions?

    This is my third cycle (first cycle was test 500mg week 1-12 deca 400mg week 1-10 Dbol 50mg ed week 1-4) (second cycle tren a 75mg rod test p 100mg eod for 8 weeks)
    I'm 6'2" 225 10% bf 27 years old 12 serious years of lifting
    Looking for mostly strength with a little mass any proposed cycles?

    Have you studied the steroid profiles on this site? I think you'll get some great ideas there. I personally have a hard time identifying any anabolics with strength but not mass gains. This is where your diet and lifting regimen will play the most important role in controlling specific gains. With that being said and I were looking for more strength, I would be looking at Dbol, Anadrol, Tren, Test, and especially Equipoise. You will hear many people complain about Eq's ability to add mass. However, Eq can be very effective in the way that it affects vascularity and strength. For this reason, in fact, Equipoise may suit your desires very well and at last deliver it from the bodybuilder's blacklist

    What were the results from your previous cycles?

    First cycle I went from 190 to 245 then took the tren and test for strength and cutting down to 225 I'm benching 315 as of now squatting 450 wanting to get to 405 on bench and close to 600 on squat on cycle and 375 and 550 after cycle

    Would test e 600 mg 1-12 and dbol 50 mg ed 1-4 get me those results recently stated or should I add tren in there? Don't have tren but can get it if necessary

    In order to gat answers you need to ask realistic questions. No one can tell you how much strength gain a certain cycle will provide. No one can tell you how much strength you will keep post cycle. There are too many variables - its just not possible.

    I did answer your question, and this is a public forum. Putting that absurdity aside, as Jimmy pointed out, there are far more variables than I think you're taking into consideration. If you want to do this right, you're going to have to put in some work and learn about the things that I was generous enough to point out for you.

    Ok is this realistic enough will 600mg test e 1-12 and dbol 50mg ed 1-4 still give me good strength gains (it has been a year since my past cycle)

    Yes, those compounds over that time frame, have the ability to assist in building muscle & strength, but exactly how much is dependent on your diet & training.
