New to the whole anabolic community need major help!

Hey, I'm new to the whole steriod/ anabolic expierament. I'm gonna be as short and sweet as possible. I have a guy here locally who is ready to sell me anything I need, my problem is not knowing what to get, how much to get, and what to pay for it. Soo... I ask any and all of you what do you recommand for someone not really looking to buff up? but to get "carved up" and toned up. I'd preffer a pill base but if i must i'll go with a needle. Once again I'M NOT LOOKING FOR BUFF, LOOKING FOR CUT LOOK. Any insight from you guys would be awesome. Thanks in advance. And please try to answer the 3 questions to your best.

AAS is for growing, not shrinking. Diet, cardio is what your looking for. In that order.

I'm 24 years old, guessing about 16% bf, and I'm 5'11. I've lifted on and off for ab 3 years not consistent, would lift for ab 4 months at a time and than lay off
