I just turned 26 and I'm ready to do my first cycle! Stats; 5'5", wt 180, bf%17. Been training on and off for 14 years. My goals are to cut to 8% bf and maintain lbm and possibly gain some strength. Supplements during and post cycle: fish oil, multi, vitamin c, vitamin e, lycopene, glucosamine, and milk thistle. Any advice or critique is welcome!
